iDesign LED Dance Floor Debuts at Austin Mitzvah

September 16, 2013

Intelligent Lighting Design’s LED Dance Floor made its big debut at a Mitzvah party held at the Westin at the Domain produced by Michelle Schwartz of The Modern Jewish Wedding. The guest of honor and her family and friends enjoyed celebrating and dancing the Horah around our colorful lighting equipment. The Horah, an Israeli circle dance is one of the many traditions within the Jewish community. To view this dance in action, click here.

In America, Mitzvahs are lavish affairs with hundreds of guests gathering together to celebrate “the observation of the commandments”. Mitzvah parties are coming of age rituals for Jewish teens to become full fledge members of the Jewish society. This ceremony signifies responsibility and accountability for one’s actions and allows the celebrated teen to participate in religious services, such as reading from the Torah, which is a series of books that consists of the totality of Jewish teaching and practice.

Intelligent Lighting Design is honored to have been part of such an amazing party and is extending a special offer to use the interactive LED Dance Floor to those interested. If you contact us before October 31st we will give you $700 off your next Mitzvah bash. Let us light up your event and help make it as bright as possible!
